The sixth Linda Norgrove Foundation 10K event will be held on Saturday 1st October on the Valtos Peninsula, Uig. It will start at 12 noon from Reef Beach and we welcome runners and walkers of all abilities, and dogs on leads. Entry is £10, event t-shirts £12 and there will be soup and baking for everyone. All proceeds from the run will go towards helping women and children who are affected by the hostilities in Afghanistan.
