A pensioner from the Western Isles has become a video star in a bid to protect Stornoway black pudding from imitators.
In the film, Mor Macleod shares her traditional method for making the dish at her home in Brue, on the island of Lewis.
The video has been posted on the Stornoway Black Pudding campaign website.
The campaign is aimed at persuading the European Union to protect the geographical origin of Stornoway black pudding.
If they agree, it would mean anything labelled Stornoway black pudding would have to be made on Lewis. Stornoway butchers aim to show the pudding is unique to the island.
