The Crofters Commission has announced that because of adverse weather conditions it is aware that many crofters have not had an opportunity to arrange meetings to finalise their applications for the Cattle Improvement Scheme.
In order to give everyone the opportunity to submit their applications the Scheme will remain open until January 31st.
